Went down to 29 palms marine base (1st Tanks) to help cook BBQ for the Marines and their families. This project was put on by the Operation BBQ Group, I believe it is headed up by Del King, a BBQ'er and former Marine. This is a worthwhile project and I was proud to be a part of it. We cooked Brisket, Pork Butts, Chicken, even some Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Everyone was so nice and thankful, I only hope they know how thankful we are for what they do for this country.
