QN4U is my BBQ Team–Yes, barbecue has teams. Every weekend of the year contests are going on to prove who is really the best! Although it truly is like playing Tic-Tac-Toe because if you know anything at all, you know that no one ever really wins the game! and it goes forever-- you merly earn bragging rights for a period of time--- besides you think you are the best already or you would not have wound up competing at barbecue. See what I mean.

The Sauce

It starts somewhere, with me it was THE SAUCE! (I do not mean Booze.) It was the sauce that was my passion and I worked on it until I thought I achieved nervona!I knew it was good, but was it REALLY GOOD? So I cooked, so people would try the SAUCE. I didn't want them to say it was good or "I Like This". I wanted them to swear alengence-that this was the holy grail-I am talking beyond fabulous and fantastic!! This perhaps was the slippery slope into the "Smokey World of Barbeque". You getting a picture of this?
